1. Book online HERE. We will send you an online patient form if it is your first appointment.

2. Our physiotherapist will organise a time to have a free phone consultation with you regarding your symptoms, concerns, goals, and expectations.

3. A thorough assessment will be carried out in-person at a convenient time in the comfort of your own home.
Treatments, patient education and tailored exercise programs will be provided to improve your condition.

4. Payment and private health insurance rebates can be made on your phone via Medipass.

Your initial appointment will be 60 mins. Subsequent appointment times may vary depending on your situation and treatment needs.

No, you don't need a referral to see a physiotherapist. However, if you are under the Medicare Chronic Disease Management plan (previously EPC), you will require a referral from your doctor.

Please contact us and we will let you know what is needed.

We make on-the-spot claims using MediPass. Part of your consultation may be claimed on private health insurance depending on your level of coverage.

Yes, we accept Medicare claims with a gap payment.

You will need a Chronic Disease Management plan (formerly Enhanced Primary Care or EPC) from your doctor.

Yes, we offer physiotherapy services to self-managed or plan-managed NDIS participants.

Yes, we accept Aged Care Plans, and we have extensive experience in assisting seniors on their journey to maintain mobility, manage pain, and enhance their overall well-being.

Fees vary depending on the treatment time required and your location.

Please contact us to discuss your health concerns and the expected cost of your treatment.

We accept cash and debit/credit card payments. You may be able to claim part of your consultation fees through your private health fund. Payment is expected at the end of each consultation.

If you are a NDIS participant or on an Aged Care Plan, we will send the invoice to you/your plan manager for payment.

To prevent incurring a fee, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.

Please notify us via text message or a phone call as soon as possible.

To ensure your comfort during treatment, we recommend wearing loose-fitting clothing.

We value your experience and feedback. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, we will refund your money in full.

Terms & Conditions:
• A refund request must be raised within seven days from the day of your appointment.
• Any refund will be made in the same manner which you paid at the time of the service.
